REFUND POLICY: At Hillsnatural, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our FMCG products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to replacing any product that is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition.
Replacement Eligibility: Only products that are damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for replacement. We do not offer replacements for products due to dissatisfaction with taste, size, or other non-damage-related reasons.
